RPP Group is looking for a Public Affairs Director with the focus on Energy to lead and further develop our energy and sustainability policy activities in Brussels ⚡🌍.

🔹 About the role

As Director – Energy, you will:

📌 Lead and grow RPP’s energy practice in Europe from Brussels

📌 Define and implement 360° EU public affairs strategies

📌 Act as senior point of contact for clients and key stakeholders

📌 Oversee and mentor project teams

📌 Support business development and expansion of the energy portfolio

📌 Contribute to the strategic development of RPP Group

🔹 About you

You bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in EU public affairs, consulting, EU institutions, or interest representation
• Strong expertise in EU energy & climate policy
• Proven leadership and project management skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
• A proactive, structured, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent English (additional languages are an asset)
